Do I need technical skills?+
No. The Build Your AI Employee tier assumes zero code experience — we walk through every step. If you'd rather skip the learning curve entirely, the agent tiers have us do the build with you.
How is 'Dedicated' different from 'Shared'?+
Shared uses our multi-tenant AI infrastructure with strict isolation. Dedicated provisions your own Microsoft 365 app registration and isolated agent runtime — best if you handle regulated data or need vendor-of-record control.
What happens after I purchase?+
